The gap between potential and capability.
Karamoja has creative talent, cultural knowledge and stories with significant value. Yet many emerging creatives have limited access to professional training, mentorship, equipment, networks and opportunities.
At the same time, valuable indigenous knowledge and cultural heritage risk being lost when they are not documented, transmitted and meaningfully engaged by younger generations.
